Ordering & Shipping
Ordering: I do request that you place your order via email using the following address: eric(at)gardenofeaton(dot)com. Please clearly state the plants desired and also a requested shipping date, shipping address etc. I will reply with availabilty and confirmation. I will hold plants for two weeks until I receive payment. Make checks or money orders payable to Eric Moore, naturally I will provide you with the address to send the above mentioned check. If payment is not received within 10 business days the plants will once again become available to the public.
International daylily lovers please be aware of the specialized requirements of your nation in regards to receiving live plants from the United States. Additional inspections, quarantines, shipping requirements etc. may be necessary that will need to be factored into shipping costs.
You can also purchase gift certificates for Garden of Eaton.
Shipping: My shipping season will be in mid-May and again in late September. If our spring permits I will try to accomodate requests for late April shipping. Typically plants don’t reach a size I’d be happy to receive until May however. All shipping will be U.S. priority mail unless other arrangements are made. Please include at least $12.00 U.S. for shipping charges.
Additional charges will be applied to international orders and special requests.
Mission Statement: It is my primary goal to do my part in assuring that the daylily continues to be a northern hardy perennial. Evaluations and propagation are conducted under normal growing conditions and very little extra care is given to them. I consider the entire plant from the roots up to the flower and everything in between. I strive to make improvements with each generation of seedlings. Goals that have been paramount for me are improving branching, length of bloom, disease resistance, hybrid vigor, maintaining dormancy in my seedlings, and hopefully also getting pretty flowers in the process. I also like to take into account the potential landscape value of each hybrid. I do hope that everyone who grow my cultivars find them satisfactory and to be the plant I have stated that they are in my descriptions. It is my great desire that they perform even better for you than they have for me.
